The law enforcing authorities may find it difficult to take spilt second dicisions on the spot in dealing with the terrorists, less they may be questioned latter for inhuman treatment of the terrorist. This sometimes endangers their own lives. Sometimes this situation is being misued for political ends, or victimise the law enforcing officers.What could be done to remedy this situation?

Most human right org`s show soft corner to terrorism and this erodes their public base. I doubt their credibility as many receive funds from abroad.

Counter terrorism does not involve only those in the government. Everyone should cooperate. From the citizens to the highest government official. Do your part..How? think of ways to help out.
