I want to lose weight but i dont know how and please give me tips and just dont tell me to exercise and watch what you eat. tell me what kind of exercises and list websites and show me websites with diet plans please!!!!!!!!!!!

Excercising is actually the way to go. I would start by going to the local gym and asking about their classes and things. Losing weight by yourself is hard...there are usually personal trainers available at the nearby YMCAs that are incredibly experienced and can help you in any area (including dieting). I experimented with Weight Watchers to keep myself toned and in shape while I was out of my normal routine...it's actually fantastic! Great tips, the only problem is the costs.

Alot of what I would say would depend on your age and health.

If you are in your early teens you can expect a growth spurt at any time which will take care of several of the pounds!

As far as exercise the best overall exercise is swimming bar none!!!!
For those times when swimming is not possible dancing is a good alternitave.

For the diet part I would check with a doctor, or school nurse. They should be able to direct you with that issue, however there is a cactus plant that will aid with food consumption, it's called Hoodia Gordonii.

I know several people, usually girls, who think they are too fat so know this...............over 85 % of people who diet gain the weight back and also put on additional pounds when they finish the diet, it is an on going process, gain loss gain loss.
Moderation is the key and finding ways to incorperate healthy choices into your lifestyle would be the best thing you can do;.

Good luck and don't go overboard, being too skinny is as bad if not worse then being a little overweight!

I have a simple plan.

Find out what you truly enjoy doing , and work hard at doing it.

Make sure it requires constant exercise.

Once your body stays in motion all the time, most of what you eat won't turn into fat.

Next, trim down by eliminating most sugar and making sure you crave good fresh fruit and vegetables.

In no time, you'll feel great (like I do most of the time), and body weight will be of no consequence to you.

Be sure you start each day off with a wholesome breakfast of mixed cereals and banana/berries. A mulitvitamin too.

And use garlic a lot, as often as you can stand it.

Also, wash your mouth out at least five times a day with amber colored listerine.

You'll be purring like a kitten with health!

you shouldnt do anything drastic to loose weight. because then when you go back, you gain it all again. just eat everything that you already eat, just eat half the amount that you would normally eat. eating greens helps you digest better. so celery, broccoli and lettuce is good.

ephedrine/ephedra/ma haung- take a pill with that in it. and do some cardio every other day.
