In the religion Dianic Wicca as well as other branches of Neopaganism, trinity refers to the Maiden, Mother and Crone (or Virgin, Mother and Crone), three versions of the Goddess and the three stages of a woman's life.

This would have superficial resemblance to the Chrisitian Trinity, but it is more like the heretical view of modalistic monarchianism that was denounced by the early church.

I don't think Hinduism is close to the Trinitarian view because it is henotheistic instead of monotheistic. Similarily, it is modalistic and not truely triune.

I would think the religions that believe in the holy trinity, would be the Roman Catholic Church, since that would be the oldest christian church to believe in and use the holy trinity in their church services, masses. As shown by the Irish which originated the holy trinity to teach the lay people about God, the father, and the son, and the holy ghost. It was mainly used by Saint Patrick to teach them about their faith in the Roman Catholic Church in which Ireland to this day is mostly an all catholic country and any of the offshoot religions from the Roman Catholic Church, such as the Lutherans and the Anglicans I would presume that they use the Holy trinity to teach the lay people about their christian faith much as Saint Patrick did in Ireland, Saint Patrick also used a four leaf clover as an example of fhe holy trinity, if I recall my Irish history pretty well.

The trinity is a false doctrine, man made and the bible does not support it. There are many churches here in America that believe in a 3 headed God.
