If you try and it doesn't work, then NO.
You see, there is a burn option that says "Close Session" or "Finalize Disk", so you can't add more when this is set.
You might also have trouble adding the same file again.
For long term storage on CD-R, I recommend that you set the options to "Finalize Disk".
Good luck

If you did not finalize the CD session, you can add more stuff.
If you finalized it, you can't.
Try to add stuff and see what happens. Worst thing it'll say the CD is full.

If you did not put a check on close session.when you burned it. you could add to it but I don't know if you can put it in the same folder.

You can only do that with a CD-RW
RW-Rewritable, hence more stuff can be added.
R- Recordable, hence record over the current information and thus deleting it.

It depends on how you closed it out.
If you closed it out to read in all computers,
you can't add to it.
Otherwise, you can.
