Plenty. But lets say 10000 leaves form on 1 tree and there are about lets say 100000000000000000000 trees in the world. You've been counting for 10 years. you do the math. BUT NO ONES BEEN ALIVE LONG ENOUGH TO TRAVEL THE WORLD FOR SO LONG. WHY DON'T YOU ASK SANTA??? LOL.

according to the scientific theory there about 45 billions of forest area in the world so tree has nearly 20 to 100 leaves per tree if u can multiply the average percent of the leave production of tree to the forest area of 45 billion.
