My hair is medium brown.... wavy... and about 2 inches past my shoulders in length..... the front is shorter to about chin length and the back is normal with long layers..... i like emo hair stlyes or something cool like a rocker style!! I also want to dye some parts of it like streaks but not all of it.... can anyone help me??

go to a SALON!! then go 2 a therapist. (also, u just explained wut u wanted, a rock hairstyle with streaks) in other words, a LOSER hairstyle lol,

If you like the 'emo' style, personally i'd try shorter layers creating a messy effect.. You could try some slashes of colour, or an undercolour.

But Bangs would look nice and instead of streaks you could dye underneath your hair with black witch personally I think would look awesome.

Get it lightly layered (medium layers) get blonde or red streaks that complement your hair color. If nothing else, ask your stylist.
