So true. At least once. How else would you truly appreciate love if it isn't with a loss?

As said as it may be... almost everyone at some time has been hurt badly in a romantic sense, or "have their heart broken."
As much as it hurts, when it has passed and you are ready to move on in life, you have a strong sense of accomplishment, courage, and renewed strength that can make you a very beautiful person!

Unfortunately I do believe that some people will truly get their hearts broken at some point. No one ever enters a relationship saying they are going to hurt you, but things happen and that is the usual outcome. It sucks, but it makes for a great learning experience.

I like to talk to just ONE MATURE person who has never had their heart broken in a relationship.
Maybe we could all get good advise on ours!

Since it's not possible to get your heart "untruely" broken, then I'd say yes.

Yes, I think that you learn off it it, so you will not have to go through the next time. It is good if you go through it.
