Turmeric is a good bleaching agent (not the one used for cooking , can be bought from Indian stores, for external application), then u can mix a paste of oats, lime, and chick peas powder, apply till dry, then apply a little water to the over dried part and remove it in circles, then wash with cold water. this will help u to some extent. well there's no natural way but the only was to permanently remove hair is laser or electrolysis.
To whoever said wax, everyone knows waxing doesn't permanently remove hair, it grows back in like 4 to 6 weeks.
