No, in Oklahoma it is called driving on a foreign license and you get to take a trip to jail. Then when found out for lied on your DMV form that asks if you have a license in any other state we can charge you with a felony.

No, you have to clear up the suspension in the other state first. Once it has been paid and cleared then you can get another drivers license from the other state.

no you drivers licence is on a nation wide database and all states share that info and inforce eachothers suspentions and points exept for wyomming they have a closed file policy and will not share with other states so if you go there yes you can get one but you will not be able to keep it if you regester a vehicle in another state

No. it's all in a national data bank. Other states immediately know your drivers liscense informatuion.. my "EX" son in law from
New YOrk shot two deer up there and had his pulled unti he paid the fine.
He slipped by and got a Georgia lIscense, but state patrol pulled them for New YOrk.

NO! And don't try. It is a criminal offense to try to get a license if yours is suspended in another state.

Nope. They'll ask for your previous states license and then they'll check it. Learn to drive better.

Hopefully you won't! DMV's "talk" to one another (by computer) so they will search once you apply for a license.
