the whole thing. I really like them baked in the oven and sprinkled with salt. (so good:)

I buy them ready roasted and salted and practically live on them, I used to scoff them because they are quite tricky to shell and a bit of shell would sometimes be eaten too. The trouble is the shells can't be properly digested and can cause all sorts of damage (due to the sharpness) to your insides. So don't eat the shells!

Just the inside, try them roasted with a little salt, delicious and very healthy.

You can enjoy them shelled or in-shell. I eat them both ways. Roasted is nice; but straight out of the bag with a bit of salt is good too.

yes you can eat them as they are.

I like to roast mine in the oven with a little seasoning and very small amount of olive oil, do them on a low heat until toasted. Enjoy

you can eat both. I have eaten many shells because they are sometimes a pain to crack. Plus they are an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids

the inside only. the shell might be hard on the stomach if you eat a lot of it.
