The way your living your life to please others will make you depressed.Let me tell you honey, you can not please everyone. And why should you.You matter, you need support. If you live to please others you will never be happy.Take time for you to do something that you wish you had time to do.Let others know that you need to draw a line.I know it feels good to help others, but you end up not taking care of you and you'll lose yourself. If you don't take care of you, you won't be able to take care of anyone.

As a person with depression, I can only say that you don't seem depressed quite yet, but you may be on the path to it.
Also, you may just have SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) which comes as quickly as any of the seasons.
I don't know your history or background, but from the way you describe it, you are more likely to suffer from environmentally caused depression rather than genetically caused depression, which is usually easier to treat.
In any case, you need to find good people to be around if you are not doing that already, and if you are still sad and unsatisfied with your life, then you should go consult your doctor for a medical diagnosis of your problem.
Not that you should do this last, pray to God if you are a believer and He will guide your life in the right direction.

There is nothing wrong with you.
You try to receive acceptance, and you hope to get their love and understanding, by pleasing him, them.
You have to accept yourself first.
Your personality type does get hurt with negative feed back from people who you feel should appreciate you for what you do.
Most people are not as sensitive as you.
Educating yourself only makes this difference greater.
Find people of like mind and personality.

i do the same thing. i am always trying to please everyone else. i take it very personally if things don't go exactly right. my doctor diagnosed me with situational depression. you have to learn to do things for you. this is not being selfish. this is taking care of yourself. if you are happy then it is easier to make others happy.

You probably could use some counseling.
Try to do something for you, that you would enjoy, and just see how good it makes you feel! Everyone deserves it!

Honey, stop trying to please everyone else, and do what makes YOU happy, remember YOU and your happiness comes first before anybody elses.
