Born. But I have a second class citizenship. People from P. R. are free to move and work around the USA but we can vote for the president or interview in the making of the laws that affect our country.

Go to a American citizenship prgram and make them assured that you're living in the U.S. for 5 years.

I am not sure, but it is funny that all these Americans say we need to cage up boarders so they will come legally, but yet they don't know how to become a US citizen. I personally trash opinions when no one knows exactly what they are talking about. I don't know about the rest of you.
