So what, he or she just asked, if he or she do not want to have sex, that should be find with each other, unless their is more to it than just friends, There may be some chemistry between the two people and they care about each other and they fell that both party want to do this its OK i guess and what are the ages, has a lot to do with the saturation.

I would not have sex with the person unless we are married. That is what I would do and if I were you I would do the same.
