Hopefully your puppy has all it's shots. If not, I pray to God that what I'm about to write isn't the case but, I've read somewhere that the beginning signs of rabies are eating strange things (wood) the animal usually wouldn't eat and being isolated. Please get the puppy checked out. If you are worried about paying just call your local ASPCA they help you get your dog checked out by a vet for little or no money.

Yes. She needs to see a vet. This happened with my dog(except it was bloody stool), but come to find out she has an allergy to kibble, so we put both dogs on raw meat diet, and it's working great. But have her see the vet first. The dog should get spayed after she's been treated. Edit: Jojo, females can and do go into heat the first time around 6-8 months old. Two of my female dogs did. One was a GSD mix, and the other a Toy Poodle. Edit: Females in heat don't just have blood in pee. It drips for the first week.

Your pup probably ate something poisonous in the park. Have you ever seen the ad with the pup that says, "but you promised to take care of me" When you assume responsibility for a life, you take on that responsibility willingly (no one forced you to get a dog). Take the dog to the vet, if it was your child would you be going through this same debate? Think of it as a lesson in responsibility and parenting. The pup can't take itself to the Doctor and money is no comparison to letting an animal suffer.

With puppies you never really know but this happened to my puppy once. I came home to find her whimpering and trying to hide under the edge of the kitchen cupboard. I took her to the vet and they x-rayed her intestines. The x-ray clearly showed a straight pin she had apparently swallowed.
You may not want to pay the fees but you can't be too careful with puppies. They will eat strange things.

It's Halloween so the fireworks be frightening her, as you probably know dogs hate them. Maybe shes coming into heat or just having an of day. Ring the vets for advice that doesn't cost anything. Hope she feels good soon

Hi Bell, Since you had her in the park, she could of swallow something that is causing her to be uncomfortable. I would take her to the vet and have her checked out to be safe. Better safe than sorry.

You really should get her checked out because she may have eaten something that was poison to her little system. Either that or she may even have a bowel obstruction...either way she needs to have a vet examine her asap!

Could there have been a loud noise that scared her?
Other then something haveing scared her I'm not really sure what the problem could be. Have there been any other strange behaviours? Sneezing? Coughing?

SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING SCARED HER. I HAVE AN 11 YR OLD 140 LB BURNESE/LAB X THAT BEHAVES LIKE THIS WHEN THERE'S ANY BAD WEATHER COMING IN. USUALLY THUNDERSTORMS. GIVE HER A DAY OR 2, THEN CALL THE VET. AS LONG AS SHE'S EATING AND EVERYTHING OK.
