I fell for that! when i started a new job, they said to go to the hardware shop and get some Tartan paint and a new bubble for the spirit level. Luckily I caught on before I asked anyone in the shop.

Go to your local QnB.You will find tartan paint in the aisle next to left handed screwdrivers and the water tablets.
They are in the aisle next to the long stands.

lol, dont quiet have it on the market! just do it urself??? chose a tarten pattern and the right colours and use masking tape for the straight lines and paint away, but mind u it will look tacky and become an eyesore after a while lol! and wallpaper doesnt hang itself, as far as i know! get an advisor or frined to help chose for u.
