What is causing this? im tired of it!

Me too....allergins like mold, dust...ect can cause it. Or you could have GERD aka acid reflux which produces extra phlegm. Or it could be bad post nasal drip. Go seek medical advice.

Well it can be normal.
Cut out dairy as that is mucus/phlegm causing. A lot of singers don't drink milk for this reason, it affects their voice.

That could solve your problem.

it coud be a sinus problem dealing with the envirorment that sourounds you, like people smoking or dust in your house. you may also have an allergy to somthing. best bet is to find a good doctor.

Sounds like you have allegies. Go to an allergist and get a grid test. It willl tell you if and what you are allergic to.

YOU HAVE POST-NASTRIL DRIP , A GOOD ALLERGY OR SINUS DRUG COULD HELP ..BUT BECAREFUL WITH OVER THE COUNTER DRUGS
