ppl criticize her. She cant seem to get organized and she breaks things when she gets angry. And when things are misplaced ppl blame her. I am her sister and I have Add as well but I seem to be doing better in school. she tried meds but it made her more angry. I want my sister to be happy confident and successful. How can I help? My parents are already paying for all the schools she went to and left without finishing them. They dont have money. Its really affecting me bc i cant be happy if my sister is not happy and I hate when ppl talk about us bc we learn differently. I just hate when ppl doubt us What can i really do?

Eventually you and your sister will learn not to take the behavior and negative words of other people personally because it is something that will always follow you. The world is full of ignorant and very insensitive people and unfortunately that seems to be getting worse. Pray to God for the strength and wisdom that you will need to live your life to the fullest and forge ahead with self-respect and dignity. Most people see with their eyes but God sees with His heart.
I really admire your faithfulness towards your sister because this says a lot about what a wonderful person you really are. I wish you the best!!

just keep supporting and helping your sister,, some people in this world are ignorant on things that they do not know,, ,
has your parents taken your sister back to the doctor maybe that medicine she was on didn't work but there is other medicine out there,,
maybe you can show her how you are doing things and she can learn from you,, you seem to have a great head on your shoulders,,,
help her to understand that when she is angry because things don;t work out or people are mean to her,, to do something to help her instead of breaking things,,
go for a power walk,, or make something,,
i know that sounds silly but if she takes her negative angry and turns it into positive energy it might help,,,
you just keep being a great sister and help, her to understand

Has she been tested for other problems such as ADHD and others? It seems like there is more going on with her then just ADD. She could see a counselor or someone to help in seeing what the real problem is. Does your parents see her take her med. maybe she isn't taking when you think she is. Just hang in there and something will happen good out of this. Sounds like she is in need of prayer.

Ignorant people are going to be ignorant people.. Go to the source, which is your sister and prepare her and talk to her about how to deal with these people, but then behind her back whip the hell out of them
