what are some good ideas for gifts for my 13 year old niece

Is she 13 or 3? If she's 13 then this should be in the adolescent section but I'll answer for both:
If she's 3, then get her something simple..nothing too gadgety or electronical.
Maybe a little red wagon for those nice autumn walks outside,
a teddy bear and and some books for mom and dad to read to her, a cute outfit and a small baby doll, etc. Tons of stuff out there..I'm sure you'll find something good :-)
If she's 13, just get her a gift card to some place so she can spend it on whatever she wants. Maybe throw in some lip gloss or something with it.

How about going to claires and buying her a basket filled with bubble soaps,earrings,braclets,etc all girly stuff.
Or: I-pod, Gameboy,Journals, Day out with friends at the mall (you go along of course), shopping spree.

You could take her out and pamper her for the day hair, nails etc and if shes not into girly stuff theres always mp3 players, cds n dvds or last resort money it never goes wrong.
