Most home brew kits are made with concentrated apple juice, but you need yeast to ferment the alcohol and this is the tricky part, the amount of yeast and sugar content has to be balanced otherwise it will taste like crap, people sometimes think that the more sugar you have the stronger it will be, but you have to have increase the yeast content for this to happen. Another thing is, make sure all your equipment is spotlessly clean. brewing is an exact science in many ways and can so easily go wrong if you don't follow certain guide lines. Good luck and don't try drinking it too early, give it time, if you do, book yourself into the bathroom for a day or so.

Hi I have found majesticwines.co.uk can be pretty good for buying beer etc. But should they not have any deals on at this moment in time then try www.asda.co.uk (they delivery in certain areas) or of course tesco (where yu can get £5 of your first order online if you spend more than 50 quid)

Hope that helps
