Well, kind of. But it just said that all persons born and naturalized in the u.s. are citizens. Who knows, they made that thing so hard, that the president does not even understand what it means.

It had nothing to do with the illegal aliens and their "anchor babies" .It was to protect the Freemen and the newly freed slaves from being deported back to
Africa by recognizing them as citizens of the US.The bastardization of the 14th amendment needs to be reconciled by its being repealed.It serves no purpose other than to bind an illegal aliens child to this nation.

The 14th amendment was intended to safeguard the rights of freed slaves, in other words, people who were "under the jurisdiction" of the United States, not for illegals to drop anchor babies ...
