Gotta be honest.
God doesn't love me or my family. My mom is in chronic pain, and my little brother (7), is dying from a degenerative brain disease.
Is that what you call tough love?
I just say it is life and God doesn't exist. If there were a God, and since he is responsible for my brother dying this way, I'd punch him in the face.

That is not a question. It is a statement of your belief.
My belief is that there is no god. Therefore, only you can see your tears, and it is up to you to do something about it. I actually find that rather comforting.
