There is no reason you should be under 100 pounds unless you have a very small frame. If you are concerned about your weight, your doctor will be able to tell you how much you need to weigh for good health. But you need to realize that its just a number, it will not affect who you are and will not make you more popular or well liked. Alot of young teens begin to get concerned about their weight when its really not a problem, Please don't try to lose wieght by not eating enough because your body is still growing and you need the nutrients. And really if you are concerned, see someone about it, a doctor or nutritionist, if you are going to try to lose some weight, they will be able to tell you how much you can safely lose and the best ways to lose it.

Even though this is unhealthy, i want to let you know that you are not alone, and that you probably have a lot of self esteem problems. Think about why your doing this to yourself... is it for more attention from boys? or is it because the hollister size zero is much cuter than the gap size 4. I dont know, I'm 18 and i know what your going through (because i went through it too). Remember, that your body is still changing, and any damage you do to it now, could be permanent.

If you need someone to talk to, email me and we can definitely chat. Diets and exercise are really the only way you can lose weight healthily, and setting unrealistic goals never works.

your age does not have much to do with a body weight- are you tall- short- big boned? but if you really want to be Healthy- not just thin- eat live foods- things that are not cooked- lettuce(not iceberg) carrots- yes salad stuff- fresh fruits- and cut way back on the sugar stuff- eat protein- eggs meat etc in small amounts and get on a good exercise regimen, you should feed your body though do not starve yourself. read books about nutrition- but if you start to feel yucky- it's normal to feel a little yucky when you start to eat better because all the smutt is going out of your body- but if you feel really yucky go see a dr. maybe you have a thyroid deficiency or something- just take care of yourself-

Don't get hung up on the 100 number. That's a good weight for very few people, even if you want to be Paris Hilton skinny.

how tall are you? Everyone is shaped differently, built differently, I do not know how tall you are or what your body shape is like. But I do not think you should be trying to go under 100 pounds. Don't do it.
