im 15 and i just started shaving how long does it take my facial hair to grow at a normal rate

this question cannot be based on the fact that you are starting to shave, this must be based on hormones and other things, once you start shaving all the time you will hate it. You should see it in the next month or so you will notice more growth, also i have heard that shaving up instead of down the neck increased the growing but I think alternating patterns works best at least from experience if I alternate patterns it grows faster for me

the hair is already growing at a normal rate, it will take some time for your full face to grow in( until puberty has run its course) at about age 26.

It could be a couple months or a few years before it all comes in at a regular rate.
