You have caused a certain level of harm to your body because alcohol through any means is harmful. However, our bodies tend to recover. So as far as I have come to learned (I'm not a medical doctor, but for my doctoral studies in clinical psychology, I've been trained on the effects of alcohol and other substances have on the body, the brain, and the psyche.), if you allow yourself the time, you will recover. You probably won't notice too much of a difference except in a slightly depressed mood, decreased effectiveness in exercising, and over all a bit more sluggish & dehydrated (if not hung-over).

You will probably gain a few pounds, and if you continue drinking beer, it'll get harder to take those pounds off especially after your metabolism changes. But, as you exercise regularly and eat well, the effects will likely be temporary, if you notice them at all. Your body should recover just fine.

If you continue on that trend of 4 or more beers/night everynight, it could progress into alcoholism, which is strongly influenced by your genetics/heritage (e.g. alcoholism in the family), ethnicity (Native American peoples have been known to be more vulnerable to alcoholism than other ethnicities), and/or psychological issues. You will need to consider all the reasons behind why you drink beer. You can become an alcoholic at your rate of consumption (4-5 beers/1x per week/every week) depending on your underlying reasons for drinking. Some would say that you are already based on very strict definitions of alcoholism. Personally, I don't subscribe to that understanding.

It's good to ask yourself these questions, and to be honest with yourself. There's no real shame in it, although many in our society (U.S.) tends to be judgmental about such things, and there is a bit of a stigma attached to alcoholism (and other addiction "diseases" or disorders). But, if you're honest with yourself and deal with any (potential) issues sooner than later, you may be able to avoid problems later on.

Regardless, I hope you enjoyed yourself and it sounds like you probably had a good time (where did you go--Vegas???). It's done, so you are probably better off just moving on and maybe doing an Internal Cleanse or some other kind of detox.

Hope this answered your question and good luck with that. Overall, you should be fine.

Cheers!

Yeah that's a little much. The recomendation healthwise for alcohol is that you should at most have about a glass a night. Having 4 or 5 once a week is no big deal. Having 4 or 5 everynight would be difficult for your kidneys to process.

Coors, Bud, Rolling Rock and Papst Blue Ribbon are all easy flavored beers (Papst is amazingly low priced and has an incredible dry style), Corona with lime & blue moon are citrus beers that bypass down uncomplicated. I have been given all started on Killian's Irish crimson. fairly, try all of them, beer is presented in extra ameliorations than wine and that all of them have their own characters. in case you decide directly to aim the Pepsi undertaking, in easy terms for the hell of it, to tell how diverse they are in a position to be, line up a Bud, a Corona, a Sam Adams Ale, a Heineken and a Guinness the subsequent time your at a bar. Bud is has a comfortable style and Guinness (to me) tremendously much tastes like prosperous black espresso and that's merely as dark. Beer is an obtained style for beneficial and a few of them are actually horrid by way of any ordinary yet as quickly as you get the 1st few down, all of them style sturdy.

YES, it is bad for you. Beer has a lot of calories, and basically no nutritional value.

Plus, they've discovered that alcohol contributes to the fat-cell lining around your stomach, and too much beer CAN give you a beer gut.

Try drinking a glass of red wine instead. It's been proven that one a night is good for your heart!

not only has beer been shown to increase fat in your abdominal region, it has been shown to cause cancer.

excess alcohol consumption (and yes, three beers a day IS excess) has been linked to cancers of the tongue, the mouth, the throat, and the esophagus.

this, in addition to the addictive potential that alcohol has.

if you smoke, the cancer risk is significantly increased.

sorry to scare you.

Well if your eating healthy and getting excesize there are studies that show that one beer a day or one glass of wine can be good for you, as for 4 or 5 every night, you may want to tone it down.

No that's not too much beer. Yes it will make you gain weight if you do not exercise. But you said you do so I wouldn't worry about it. What I would worry about is why you are drinking more than usual.
