There are a lot of good products these days on the market for this problem. A daily wash with Nivea will help and also the application directly on the spots with products like clearasil acnecontrol cream, or Stop 3+ correction facial en barba sold by Yves. ( a company in Quebec, Canada.
I have noticed they are still debating about whether foods can make this worst. Sweet food or greasy food I don't think helps but that is me.......for someone else it could be something else.
