It is all part of growing up (not the pregnancy &std's) they just become sexually curious. But they should use condoms, there is no excuse for not, you can even get them for free at the family planning clinic.

I was having sex at 18/19 and yes, I think that's fine. So for the last few years of teenagerdom (17-19) it's certainly okay. As long as they know the risks and are prepared, I think they are old enough to make their own decisions.
Kids in their early teens (13-16) are often not mature or well-educated enough to use condoms, and are therefore more at risk from STIs and pregnancy.

I AM 19 YEARS OLD AND I STARTED HAVING SEX WHEN I WAS 16 I HAD MY CHILD WHEN I WAS 18. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD TO HAVE SEX BUT IS HARD TO RAISE A CHILD WHEN YOU ARE YOUNG EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE WITH THE BABY'S FATHER. SO IF I COULD GO BACK I WOULD OF WAITED UNTIL I WAS 28 AND I WOULD HAVE THE SAME CHILD BECAUSE I LOVE HER AND I DINT REGRET HAVING HER.

No, according to the Word of God.
Are you emotionally prepared for the heartbreak that often accompanies these kind of relationships? Are you ready to become a parent? Are you prepared for the possibility of contacting sexual diseases that may interfere with the rest of your life?
Slow down. You have your entire life ahead of you. Be young and carefree while you can, because it won't last forever.

No it really isn't ok because for the most part they are not emotionally nor financially prepared for the consequences that come from having sex.
