when i dont have my medicine i go crazy and i am hyper i have been taking medicine for it since firt grade just wondering

Hi there youngster! When I was young, there was no medicine for this. I had to tough it out. It was hard to sit still in class, and my teachers did not know what ADHD was. So I got into trouble a lot. As I got older the effects got to be less and I am not hyper anymore. But I still have trouble concentrating. But that is just life. Good luck to you and remember, things will get better and you will not always have to take the medicine.

Why are you worried about taking meds? If you have a medicine that works for you, that's great. Be thankful for it. I have unstable bipolar disorder and it's hell. Be glad you can get medical help with your ADHD. Some people with ADHD in your situation are not helped with meds.
