It's a Westie. Bichons have a more pointed snout, larger, darker, expressive eyes, and droopy, pendant ears. Bichons are typically groomed to have a perfectly rounded head. Their hair is also a lot more fluffier and lighter, whereas Westies are a lil more wirey.

But it's the ears that are a dead give-away. No bichon has trianguler ears sitting on top of their head, even when alert.
