yeah, get some smarter friends who dont do that stuff, and get involved with wasteing ur time doing somthing to help somone out like a job or help out kids or nursing or animal shelters..they always need help..plus ull meet awsome people and u never know what u might advance ur self too. then u can look back to ur old friends who still sit around and do the same old thing 5 years later....

I am an old-timer, too, and my doctor and I have hit on a winner:
Exercise (grumble, grumble, grumble) and a nighttime pill called trazodone, which is used for other things, but in my case it gives me a full night's sleep and I wake up refreshed, with no "hangover" feeling.
