You are still young so you do not have to worry. But its never too soon or too late to start eating healthy. I suggest a diet high in protein and losst of veggies and a good exercise regime. No matter what your weight. Its better for your heart and the weight los will fall into place. You have to be happy with yourself, forget what others say. But eating healthy will help your heart:)

You probably do need to lose a little weight. I would suggest losing no more than 15 pounds. You should accomplish the weight loss gradually through increasing the amount of exercise you get and eating foods with fewer, but more healthy calories.

That is something you should talk to your doctor about, if he tells you that you are over weight it is your choice if you want to lose weight. If he says you are healthy then you have to decide if you think you are fat or not. If you are happy with yourself that's great, if you aren't do what you can until you are.

your probable no fat, you jsut should try to lift weighyt or something. turn the extra wight into muscle. remeber, the most inportnant thing is that yuor healthy and feel good in you own skin.

You can calculate your body mass index BMI at www.cdc.gov. I did one based on the info you provided and it said you were in the 80th percentile so you were at risk for being overweight not necessarily overweight presently.

No. You are still carrying "baby fat", and will soon grow into your weight.
Just eat healthy-fruit instead of sweets, and whole grains & veggies instead of chips.
And no SODA!
