I have found three chinese symbols and would like to know what they mean. is there anywhere i can get them 'translated'?

Chinese characters are not that simple to find out the translation of. It is not like letters that you can look up in a dictionary etc...
The best way is to ask someone who can not only speak mandarin/cantonese but can read & write it. Then they can tell you the correct meaning. That's the best way i'm afraid, cos all these tools you get on these translating sites don't work unless you know the pronouciations of the characters & sounds. cos each symbol has a number of strokes that make up that character & each character has a different technique as to how you write that.

go to yahoo.com and type in chinese symboles and see what comes up if you cant find anything there go to google and then ask jeves

you can try wenlin or wenlin3..but you might have to pay for it..give it a try anyway..it allows you to draw a symbol and it will translate it for you.
