sit up work from about mid stomach to upper tighs, intense buring in that area it common, but as far as anything else like calf cramping up that's not. you prolly fine its just the way the excrise is and maybe your just begging. sit up are pretty basic and easy to figure out how to do them, unless ur a retard

Don't do sit ups, do crunches instead.
