I hired a football kid in the football team to fight him but he got his nose busted by the Bully in the library.
I gave him $600 the other day so he could stop harassing me at the library but he says he's still going to fight me at the back of the school.
I can't really fight but I am a good runner. I can run a mile in 4 minutes.

Talk to your principal...
Taking $600 from someone to "stop picking" on you is called "extortion" and carries a 10-15yr jail term. Due to the amount of money, depending on the age of the kid, he could be tried as an adult.
At the very least, the bully is going to be in Alt. School until he graduates, and you'll get your money back.

$600 is extortion - In addition to taking some martial arts classes, I would report his a** for the $600, notify the principal & your parents of threats & the $600. Then I would carry some brass knuckles, so when the punk tried something you could trash him. The advance notice to the parents & principal should get you a legitmate 'self defense' out after the incident.
Cover your bases . . . 1) martial arts 2) notify adults 3) back hand him (with brass) when he jumps ya.

You are kidding, right?? $600, where did you get that kind of money and how did you do that without your parents knowing this. Not only is he a bully, you have now given him leverage to keep pilfering money from you. You need to talk to an adult that you have a lot of trust and faith in and see what they suggest you do about this. If all else fails, call the cops.

Hey, calm down-uhhhh, this bully at school is gettin all your power and money too it seems.
Dont give him another dime, carry a clove of garlic in your pocket and a cross on u . The next time u see him...remember a Bible verse in your mind and say in your mind rebuke ye devils by the blood of Jesus and the guy may not bother u again.
Sounds like an evil force is in this bully at your school.

Don' fool around with this guy and don't pay him . all paying him is going to do is make you broke! Go to a faculty member you trust and tell them what the problem is and ask if they will keep and Eye out and catch the bully in action. That way he doesn't think you turned him in and you get the help you need. And keep running it may be the best option until he is caught.

1. If someone is bullying you, try to ignore what he is saying. Do not look at the bully. Many times, just ignoring what the bully is saying or doing can stop him from continuing to bully.
2. If you have tried to ignore the bully to no avail, then you need to make it clear to the bully that you do not appreciate the way he is treating you. Staying calm, making eye contact and being forceful in your tone, is a good way to stand up for yourself. Tell the bully to stop and that it is not okay to treat another person in the manner he is treating you. Many times, just being assertive to a bully can deter the bully from continuing what he is doing.
3. After being assertive and telling the bully to stop, simply walk away. Many bullies feel powerful when another student engages in a verbal or physical confrontation with them. By simply walking away after telling him to stop, you have taken away the power from the bully and are showing him that you refuse to engage in any type of confrontation, physical or verbal. Make sure you walk to a safe place, whether it be inside a classroom, the principal's office or if outside, find an adult.
4. This is an essential step in controlling bullying at school. You must tell a trusted adult at school. Most schools should have a zero tolerance policy for bullying. The more students stand up for themselves and tell what is happening, the better the school can deal with the bully and the problem. No one can help if you don’t tell. It needs to be reported immediately. When you go home from school, always tell your parents about what has happened; it is essential that parents know about bullying at school.

By giving into this bully, your giving him or her more leverage against you. Perhaps you could quietly talk to a teacher or your principal, this is harrasement and you deserve the right to go to school without fear.
Maybe check around your school, most bullys are not first time offenders. Take the power away from the bully and he/she is just another troubled kid who is using you as a scapegoat for his or her personal issues.

You need to talk to either your parents or someone at school and get this kid off your back. An adult can not only protect you, but they can help this other child deal with his anger issues so he'll stop taking his anger out on other kids like you. If you allow this guy to bully you, things will only get worse. You need to talk to an adult and get this kid to stop this agressive behavior. School should be a safe place, and guys like this need to be stopped before they not only hurt your body, but hurt your self-esteem as well. Take care of you.

you are dealing with a bully. Don't give him any money or anything else. that will only encourage him to keep harrassing you . Tell the school officials,your parents and ask them to talk to the bully's parents. He is a coward and is trying to make himself look good and all he is doing is showing his true colors.
If you report it not only will you be protecting yourself but everybody else he wants to try this. Tell everybody you know he wants to fight with out any reason.Warn your class mates and friends if he fights you he will be looking for the next one to add to his list
