apeared on my cheaks and forhead, they are itchy (sometimes). Anyone have any ideas of what is it? and how i can get rid of it?

Maybe it is a heat rash, or could be Hives - though it's funny that it's only on your face, you could try putting a bit of Calomine Lotion on them to soothe them.
Is there any chance you were bitten in the night - there are a lot of gnats around at the mo?
If you are worried, you should pop to see your doctor, or you could call NHS Direct http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/ They are pretty good, you describe it to them on the phone and they'll tell u what to do.

Have you been trying some new creams on your face? There could be plenty of reasons. Once I got this after using the same cream for year, I suddenly got allergic to it. It has also happened when I used a cream that had been stored directly under a lightbulb and it had practically boiled in the jar.
Next time you go to a department store, stop by at one of the makeup desks and ask for advice.
