There isn't one. Why would you want to add it to water???? So the cat can just drink it???? It would never work. The amount of water would be very little so the cat could get the entire amout of the wormer and then they would KNOW it is in there and avoid it.

If giving the cat the medication is the problem, the vet can give an injectable medication.

Im not aware of one that goes in water but Panacure (not sure of spelling) is available from any vet in the UK and can be added to food. It is in powder form and mixes into wet food very well.
