As an adopted child, do I have a right to visit with my biological siblings who were adopted by a different family? The adoptive parents don't want any contact but I know my brothers do, we lived together for several years before we were all separated.

I would say that you wouldn't have a right to visit them until they were legal adults and not living with their adoptive parents. I think that if the parents really didn't want you contacting your brothers - they could file your attempts as harrassment.

morally you have the right, but legally I'm not so sure. whats their reason for the no contact? i think that you should call an adoption agency and ask them these questions. just to be sure you don't get into trouble if you do meet them.

You may have to wait until they are of legal age, But what you could do is send them a card, from time to time, and enclose a picture. They may or may not give it to them, at least you will know in your heart, that you tried. Keep them in your prayers.
