*Daily 747 Osaka-Honolulu
*3 weekly 747-400 New York JFK - Osaka - Sydney
*5 weekly 747 Los Angeles - Osaka

UNITED also flew out of Osaka in 1991/1992
*Daily 747 to San Francisco
*4 weekly to Honolulu

I don't think it was possible to fly out of Osaka to the US in 1992. Osaka depends for its international flights on its new Kansai Airport. This airport was opened in September 1994.
