The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

Depends how healthy you mean. My kids used to love making Corned beef crisp. Get a tin of corned beef and cut into small cubes and layer the bottom of an oven proof dish. Then place a layer of heated tinned spaghetti, then a layer of heated tinned chopped tomatoes and stir gently. Add a thin layer of ready salted crisps and top with grated cheese. Pop under the grill until the cheese melts and then serve. xxxx

Once when I was little I made a candy pizza. My mom had bought the pizza bread and I smeared the bottom layer with Nutella and vanilla icing. Then I put Hershey's kisses around it, and then I put a nuget piece in the middle. For final touches I put sprinkles on it. Then I put it in the oven at 350 (actually my mom did) till it looked done.

im an avid cooking and what kids like to eat are things like vegetable bake. Its easy all you do is slice and boil some potatoes, carrotts, onions and alot more vegetables. You then Put them in the oven until they are hot and look ok. You then sprinkle cheese all over it and put it all in the oven again. Nice and cheesy!!
