im 115 and want to loose alotta pounds cuase im suppose to b 105 what can i do

Well i know a few tricks about loosing weight..
1> don't drink soda for long peeiods of time the caffine turns to cal wich u dont burn all off they turn to fat..
2> Eat an apple a day.. no to keep the doctor away but you burn more calories wen chew it thenwhats in it..
3> exersise daily.. do lots of cardio and crunches to ur stumach.. it helps..

i did it i works for losing weight i lost 10 lbs wit the soda one alone

10 pounds is not a problem ... Drink one 8 oz glass of water before each meal, drink one with your meal, and drink one right after you meal - This should be 9 - 8oz glasses then add 3 more glasses sometime during the day and you will be there in a week or two

Watch what you eat and how much. Supplement sweets for fruit or veggies. Eat more chicken, poultry, or fish - instead of beef and red meats.

Exercise regularly too.

I'm 125 pounds, and I'm supposed to be 150. Do you hate me now?

(I have two things against me - genetics and health problems.)

um maybe take up a sprt like tennis or trck and eat well is all i can say or try to find out a diet that speeds up ur metabolism, ur a fine wieght the way u are, but why would u wanna become anorexic?

115 is a healthy weight. well actually it depends on how old you are but still 115 is still perfectly healthy you dont need to diet

Take the dial on your scale, turn it until it reads -10.
Ten pounds is nothing, as long as you exercise, and are healthy.
