I'm desperate to gain weight. I want to gain about 5 pounds fast and I want to do it the healthy way. How do I do this!?

Try eating a little more, maybe until you're quite full. Pour 2% milk on your cereal instead of 1%. Don't eat low-fat, low-calorie foods, and just eat healthily. You'll gain weight, and that's a healthy way to do it. Good luck!

Ive read in many magazines, if you want to gain weight in a healthy way, add 500 more calories to your diet.

Start working with weights. Weight-lifting is great for everyone, including us girls, and you can add on some very attractive and healthy muscle.

use whey rotien shakes, which are low in fat, low in carbs but high in protein and essential amino acids. Used with a weight training routine, the weight you will gain will be lean muscle.

Increase your normal food surving, not by alot but just about haft the size you normaly eat
