Unless your name is also a WORD, with a definite meaning, you can't.

If you want it in katakana - the characters that Japanese people use for foreign words and names - then tell us what it is and someone (or more than one!) will tell you. If you want it in kanji - traditional Chinese characters - you should also tell us, but you won't get so many answers!

You would need to make it clear how your name is pronounced - not just how it's spelt, and you would also need to double-check any answers that don't have proof, to make sure that you don't end up with an insult as your name! (You might be surprised how MANY people make that mistake - they accept that certain kanji combinations have the right pronunciation, but don't think about what it might mean - which only REALLY matters when they have it tattooed onto their skin!!)

However, if your name IS a word, then try typing it into one of these dictionary sites, and you should find the Japanese kanji for it easily enough;
http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/cgi-bin/wwwjdic.cgi?1C
(That one has the largest database.)

http://rut.org/cgi-bin/j-e/dict
(Unfortunately, this one rarely works these days.)

http://www.yesjapan.com/dictionary/yesjapan200k.php
(A bit limited, but pretty good.)

Of course, if you can't see Japanese text on your PC, you might find this page useful...
