I totally agree with morphfitness's answer. As I was looking for a chart for you, I came across a single sentence that said it all:

"Girl's Weight Status Should Be Determined By Individual Examination"

Being too heavy is dangerous and not healthy, but being very underweight is just as bad, if not worse. You're only 11 years old. Take time out to enjoy your childhood. Unless you are very much overweight at your age, just be a kid for now and have fun. If you are very much overweight now at age 11, have your parents take you to the doctor and let the doctor put you on the proper program.

When I was a kid, a neighbor of mine was heavy for being a kid, and went on her "own" diet (without telling anyone). She lost weight really fast, and then she had a mild heart attack. She recovered, but put the weight back on as fast as she lost it.

Around 30 Kg or 66lbs (age method)
since this is considered pediatric case (up to 12 yrs of age in computations) the applicable formula would be:

(Age in years x 2) + 8 = Desirable Body Weight in Kg

You can also check it from the books, and they will tell you the same thing.

Baring any health conditions, your doc should be able to look at a height chart to let you know. Ask them.

Please please at your age especially do not get into the crazy game of weight watching. There is no normal weight for your height or age, everyone is different.
At this time of your life ypur body will gain and lose weight very very easily due to hormonal changes.
Once you have matured, then watch you body fat% not weight.
