I wasn't aware that anyone was keeping you from listening to their music. Go out and buy whatever music you want, it's a free country. If you are referring to the country music radio stations, most have pulled the Dixie Chicks from the rotation because they became poison after their stupid comment in the UK. They forgot who their base audience was and they stopped listening to them. I believe a lot of their former fans destroyed their Dixie Chicks cds they owned.

You can listen to them now. Their new CD isn't that bad actually. I just they, and every other entertainer, would realize that people go to their shows, movies, or concerts to be entertained, not to hear them talk about their political views.

I equate it going to hear the President speak and he reviews movies in part of his speech. If he did that, people would give him more crap than they already do for not doing his job.

Entertainers should be looked at the same way; they need to do their jobs, because no one cares how they think. Anyone who is influenced by the thoughts and beliefs of entertainers is beyond help.

You can listen to the Dixie Chicks now and go see the documentary "Shut up and Sing". Support them by buying their cds and attending their concerts.

Cruel very Cruel. They do you not just go and spit in one of their childs face.

You can listen if you want no one is stopping you. Most of there fans did not like what she said. So they spoke in the only voice they had and stopped listening to them. Are you like her and do not think the little fanns have the right to speak out.

Its pathetic that in a country of free speech there was ever a problem with what they said to begin with.

If we're not allowed to criticize the government without being socially ostracized, why don't we change our name from The U.S. to 1984. It would be much more appropriate.

I nerve cared for the dickme chicks anyway. Their politics and the really dumb decision to mix them with their music just ratifies what I already knew they were.
