Get a ENT to get your sinuses done and get the cosmetic stuff at the same time. Insurance will pay for most.

well it would depend on what u want done, why don't u call a plastic surgeon and make an appt. and then u can get a real price. i hear they have payment plans for that stuff nowadays too.
