I have two phones lines both plugged into my phone. When I'm on line 1 and someone calls it doesn't roll over to line 2. How do i correct this?

this feature comes from the provider, not the phone! and its not free!

you can call your telephone company and have them put the 2 numbers in a hunt group. That way if your first line is busy it will roll over to the next line and vice versa.

Or you can activate call foward busy line 1 to line 2 and call foward busy line 2 to line 1. You should find the instructions in your phone book. On how to activate and program this feature.

There are two ways to do this. If your service provider offers call forward busy, you could program your first line to forward to your second line when busy. You could also turn this feature off when you want to. The second method is a feature offered by your telephone service provider. It is called hunting. You want your first line to hunt to your second line. Only your telephone service provider can make and remove this change.

Hi there....

Line two does not automatically roll over to line one and vice versa. This is a setting that can be done by your phone company. There is likely a charge for them to set it up this way, but they will be able to tell you.
