The really polite form would be: "Voulez-vous bien me payer, s'il vous plaît."
The intimate (although no less polite version would be: "Veux-tu bien me payer, sil te plaît".
The English version of both these would be: "Would you kindly pay me, please?"
The versions which other people have suggested -- payez-moi and paie-moi are really too abrupt. You want to get your money.

1. donnez moi l'argent!(s'il vous plait) - give me the money!(please)
2. je voudrais avoir l'argent s'il vous plait - i'd like to have the money please
3. Est que vous payez moi maintenant? - are you going to pay me now?
