He has never had this problem. Is his digestive system over-reacting or what? He has always gone in his litter box since he was a baby now he is 8months, this morning I wake up to find a pile of runny **** on my bedroom floor. Almost looks like there was blood in it. I am feeding him less than usual too. HELP!!!

Wonder if he picked up something while he was at the vet getting neutered. He should be brought back to be evaluated. He might need antbiotics. My cats never had any problem with diarrhea after being neutered.

Have you been giving him pain meds since his surgery? If so, it could be that. It may have built up in his system and caused a problem. Or, he may have gotten his appetite back after a few days of eating lightly and not feeling well. He may simply be overeating.
You should call the vet for advice.
