first of all it's ok about the other way u asked it, and second of all i think everybody is different. we all have our own ways of doing things. and about men and women, i think the different genders have a different look on life. each gender thinks a little differently. many people that have answered have said about emotions. but i think that there are many men that have the same emotions as women and women as men, so i dont think we should specify this question by men and women i think that it's more like everybody is different in our own ways. we all have our own minds and our own hearts and feelings

Not extremely different. I mean, afterall we all have hearts in the same place, we have minds made from the same material and design. So what makes us seem different? Probably just egos, and the fact is that everybody has their own, it's not a difference of sex, it's just a difference of attitude. So in reality, no 2 people are exactly the same to begin with. Are we all different?
Ponder that for a while.

Well there are obvious anatomical differences, and as a Psychology student I can tell you that there are slight cognitive differences too.
As for the whole, "anything you can do, I can do better" attitude, I would say no. The only reason why women are apparently better at things (eg. child rearing) and men are apparently better at things (eg. providers), is just because of the way we are socialized to think. Men are perfectly capable of "womanly" things, and women are perfectly capable of "manly" things.

No, they just got different body parts.
But emotionally, they can be different in some ways
Most men show their strongness on the outside and their sensitivity on the inside
Most women show their gentle nature on the outside and their leadership on the inside
But that's 19th century talk.
In the 20th century, men and women are the same, just different body parts

Yes and No.
You can't group men (and women) into one.
Some men will be just like you, others will not.
Just like some women are like you, and other are not.
Keep an open mind, and see people for who they are, never stereotype, or you will miss out on a lot.
