I do enjoy cooking a great deal, but it feels like since im always cooking for myself, it's just not worth it. Plus, the time cooking it, and cleaning up, is hardly worth the 15mins it takes to eat the meal. Any suggestions for good recipes, that would have little clean up involved? The healthier the better!

i always use tin foil in a pan when i use the oven - totally no mess. can make chicken cutlets (breaded or with barbeque sauce) and just toss the tin foil away. also try making a batch of cutlets (or whatever else you enjoy eating) at one time and then freeze them separately. hope you have a microwave, because then each night you can just open your freezer and decide what to take out and it takes a couple of minutes to heat in the nuke.

Why not invest in a slow cooker. When I was on my own (before marriage and kids!!) I used mine every day and had fun trying out new ideas. They only cost around £25 and are well worth it. Or put it on your wish list for a Christmas prezzie :)
You can do all sorts of healthy meals.

Oh and the really good bit...just 1 pot to wash lol

Anything worth eating takes time, planning, and prep.
Stick to sandwiches, microwaveable meals, and canned items.
