Yeah it sucks right. I use some mousse in my roots and when i'm drying it i rub it and scrunch it.Then when you are styling tease it with a thick bristle brush it works better thsn s comb.Then put some aerosol hair spray and rub it a little. It works and it doesn't look ratty and knotty ans it should last through the day. Keep a small brush in your purse and go tease it in the bathroom if it flattens. You could also get some layers,that will take some weight on the top and allow for better hold,and extra height.

Well one thing might be that your not teasing you hair right?
Are you putting hair spray on and then brushing the hair down and then spray it again. That helps a lot.
If that doesn't work then maybe you should buy sunsilk anti-flat shampoo and conditioner. Thats what I use and it's great!

humorous %. lovable. ok so even as teasing spary Garnier Frutis Anti-Humidity Hairspray on the roots. Then turn your head over and blowdry the roots. Spray with more effective hairspray.
